They looked pretty good last night. Reminded me of great Bears teams of the past -- great D and a strong running game.

I don't remember saying that he would. But considering what we saw happen to "great QBs" yesterday, I'm not buying much stock in conventional wisdom.

Not getting down on your Bears, I kind of like the division rival. They looked really good yesterday but they need a solid QB to get them places. Orton is not the answer.

But you are in fact getting down on my Bears, because the last time I checked, Kyle Orton is a Bear.

And in my earlier post, I addressed the D and the running game. Yet, you still felt the need to attack Orton, a quarterback. Interesting. Did you know that the QB is not a part of the defense, and that the running game is usually the province of the running backs and fullbacks?

Talk about defensive...jeez. I had this same discussion with my brother in Northbrooke. He agreed with me on Orton, but yet you feel it is an attack on your QB. All I was saying is that with a solid QB along with a great D and a great running game, they could go far.

It's not defensive to ask you to say what you mean. That's not what you were doing. You finally did it in this post. Well done.

I think the 2007 Bears show's just how good of a QB you need to make it to the super bowl.
There's no such thing as a pretty good aligator wrestler.
