I probably jumped to the conclusion, or filled in facts that weren't there, that he was out with students. The article doesn't say that and, if he's just out with friends, I agree with all of you. He shouldn't be forced to resign if they aren't students.

However, with his education and at his age he should have better taste in beer to set a better example........
