When I first did it I assumed it was "stitches time", but it turns out all I did was take the top layer of skin and the hair that went along with it off around a half inch square area.

Given that there wasn't much in the way of blood, and that I didn't bite through my lip or my tongue I seem to be good to go right now.

do you mean a "45 dumbell" I have never seen a single 145 dumbell and if one exists only Arnold could effectively use it.
