Luckily, it didn't free fall and hit me. Hence my being around to post this.
Came down on me as I was doing overhead squats. As I was coming out of the hole the weight got too far out ahead of me. I did my best to bring it down controlled to the ground, but it wound up hitting me in the head.
I've got a few crappy pictures on my phone. I'll post them if I can figure out how to get them off. |

I'll post them if I can figure out how to get them off. | you're going too heavy if it went forward. you should be carrying the weight above your ears and dump it behind you. if are leaning forward coming out of the hole you're driving off the balls of your feet and not your heals like you should be. just my two cents.
