I am finally starting to take control of my weight. I weigh around low 270s now which is only a few pounds from the freestyle HWT. Last year I was about 300 at this time. This should help a lot in my next tournament which will probably be NYAC unless something else will be sooner.

That reminds me of Martin Mull when he was on Letterman about 20 years ago.

It was just after New Year's and Letterman asked him if he'd come up with any New Year's resolutions. Mull replied, "Yes, I've vowed to continue smoking for at least one more year."
