The good news is that I paid for the insurance coverage (something I rarely do).

After paying the $50 deductable, they are overnighting me a new phone.

The hot tub, swimming pool, and goldfish tank (a really remarkable set of events!) have claimed the lives of phones in our families. So has dropping one out the window of a car doing 70 on a freeway, a pet rat chewing one up, and having one drop into a post hole with an operating power auger. Yes, we do take the insurance!
