Train Alongside EliteXC Middleweight Champion Robbie Lawler!

The HIT squad is now offering a 3-month training camp for pros, amateurs, and individuals that just want to learn MMA. It includes jiu-jitsu, boxing, MMA, strength training/conditioning, cardio, and lodging. It is a three month program where you will be training with and along side UFC legend Matt Hughes, EliteXC Middleweight Champion Robbie Lawler, Marc Fiore, Matt Pena, and other HIT Squad fighters.
The price for this training camp is broken down and listed below:
Lodging: You will be staying in our fighters' dorms that are located only 100 yards away from the front door of the gym. This is where our full time fighters live. You will be paired up in a dormitory type living situation. Each room has its own lavatory. There is a TV room, sitting room, and kitchenette available on the floor. Wireless internet is provided. Individuals are responsible for linen and toiletries. Washers and dryers are available.
Training: 9:30-11:00 AM MMA cardio/strength training/conditioning. This includes plyometrics, tire flipping, dummy throws, road work, rope climbs, kettlebells, agility ladders, technique, etc.
11:00-12:00; 3:00-4:00; and 4:00-5:00 are the times for our boxing training. Individuals can choose from any of the 3 scheduled times.
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM amateur MMA training.
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM pro MMA training. Monday and Wednesday sparring. Tuesday and Thursday grappling/wrestling, etc.
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM Jiu-Jitsu GI and No-GI.
These training sessions are Monday through Thursday with the MMA cardio class taking place on Friday mornings also. Saturday from 11:00 AM -1:00 PM is open mat time.
The weights and cardio equipment are available Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Friday 6:00 AM until 9:00 PM. Saturday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Sunday 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
3 month training camp: $975 (+ $225 security deposit which will be reimbursed upon checking out and inspection of room.)
Price breakdown as follows with a 3-month lease:
Lodging: $450 for 3 months ($150 a month)
Training: $525 for 3 months ($175 a month)
Individuals are responsible for their own transportation and food.
There is no specific start date for the 3-month training camp. It begins the day that you sign up.
The training camp is also available for shorter stays.
The price breaks down as follows:
Fighters dorms:
$100 a week.
$150 for two weeks.
$200 a month.
These still require a $225 deposit that is refundable upon checking out.
Training:
$100 for a week.
$150 for two weeks.
$200 for a month.

That is actually some cheap rent. If I were in the area and single, I owuld just rent a room there to live in. But I do hope it allows new fighters to get good training and a place to live while they start their careers in MMA.

The only thing I am curious about is how many sessions will be taught by hughes, lawler and the name coaches.
