Oh, Chris Leben has to be way up there too. I guess I haven't seen enough Gurgel fights, he seems boring (and horrible) the fights I've seen him.
Aside from those already mentioned, Miguel Torres is usually pretty exciting to watch as well as Wagnney Fabiano.
I also enjoy watching Jim Miller, since he is is pretty well rounded in terms of striking, takedowns, and submissions.

I'll give a vote for Gerald Harris, not only does he like to slam people, but he has a susceptible chin, so as a fan of his I am always on the edge of my seat hoping he doesn't get caught flush.
