Quick breakdown if you don't have time to read the article right away:

1. Back of the head is now the "mohawk" rule that BJM described.
2. The 12 to 6 o'clock elbow rule is gone. All elbows are legal as long as they are thrown to legal areas.
3. No hand over the mouth to disrupt breathing ala Henderson/Silva, its now a foul.
4. Revised official weightclasses. No one is going to follow these.
