CL I am fairly certain Rampage renegotiated his contract.

Fedor is supposed to make 2 mil, then Tim is getting 800 grand, and that gets bumped to a mil if he wins.

I'll mention for the hundredth or so time that I fully plan on buying this card just for the talent showcase, but you could use total mismatch to describe pretty much every fight on the card save for Fedor v. Tim

Probably true - I actually doubt they would have given him a title shot if he was under the old WFA contract (they want their contract terms so they don't end up with a champ who decides to sit out for more $)

You are probably right if the $6m is correct, these two account for half of it then.

I don't think the other fights are mismatches like the one I mentioned, maybe a clear favorite, but not plain ridiculous

-Josh Barnett (#4 Heavyweight in the World)* vs. Pedro Rizzo
-Andre Arlovski (#6 Heavyweight in the World)* vs. Ben Rothwell
-Matt Lindland vs. Fabio Negao
-Renato "Babalu" Sobral vs. Mike Whitehead

-Aleksander Emelianenko (#10 Heavyweight in the World)* vs. Paul Buentello
-Vitor Belfort vs. Terry Martin
-Antonio Rogerio Nogueira (#8 Light Heavyweight in the World)* vs. Edwin Dewees
-Trenell "Savant" Young vs. Mark Hominick
-Justin Levens vs. Patrick Speight
-Mike Pyle vs. J.J. Ambrose

They're mismatches to various degrees, but I think Barnett, Arlovski, Lindland, Babalu, Aleks, Vitor, and as you've already mentioned Rogerio are all very easy picks.

I'd be interested to see the money lines on some of these fights to be honest. I guess if I had to pick an underdog it would probably be Rothwell just on the off chance Arlovski shows up and fights (or doesn't fight) like he did against Tim the third time or against Werdum.

I think the ones you named should be 2-1 or 3-1 favorites while I think little Nog should be like an 8-1 favorite.

Update, found 2 lines. Aleks and Barnett are each favored about 3.2-1

More - I see
Fedor about 3.75-1,
Lindland 4.25-1,
Sobral 2.15-1,
Pyle 2.9-1

UFC has big favorites underdogs coming up too with Gonzaga being favored 5-1, Silva being favored 5.25-1, Vera being favored 5.25-1 (think I will take Reese on that one) and a bunch of fights in the 2.5-1 area
