Well done by CB. Interesting that he mentions Gerald Harris as now being a teammate. Gerald has said that he's moving to Phoenix & has been working out at AZ Combat Sports but has not joined anything permanently.

Kinda isn't what it used to be though. There are around four, maybe five camps that I'd take before Team Quest.

If Gerald can find someone to teach him how to pass a good guy's guard consistently he'll be good to go, that was really the only weakness in his game along with cardio that he showed on the show.

CB's blog has been very good throughout the show. Well written, insightful and informative.

Sure, whatever. How about the fact that he boxes like a little kid afraid to get punched in the nose. Think maybe that weakness should be addressed before he learns more wrestling?
