Plus he's training his ass off right now for this fight. I've been harping on him to do hill sprints and more cardio work. He better heed my advice, or I'll kick him in the sack. :D

He's been at Extreme couture a lot and training with mike whitehead. (edit) got a text at 2am last night saying he's watching the matches that I got from peeps here. (which he knows I got them from here and extends his many thanks to everyone involved).
