Gus Johnson To Call EliteXC Primetime

Along with Mauro Ranallo, and Frank Shamrock. I don't know about everyone else, but I think this is PHENOMENAL especially given that Gus has expressed interest in calling MMA fights before.

Re: Gus Johnson To Call EliteXC Primetime
This is the death of the UFC. Gus Johnson rules. Serious about the last part, not so much about the first.
Jacob Schlottke---Gone too soon, and the world is a little less bright because of it. RIP, brother.
One, two, Evans is coming for you...

Another plus is this means that mongoloid Goldberg won't be anywhere near the booth.

Re: Gus Johnson To Call EliteXC Primetime
And I LOVE me some Gus Johnson. It will be interesting to see how he pairs up with Shamrock, though, considering Shamrock's noticeable lack of brain cells.

Re: Gus Johnson To Call EliteXC Primetime
According to Sam Caplan in the comments section on the article above, Gus actually trains jiu jitsu at Renzo's so he should be good to go should the fight go to the ground.
