Thread: Tuf 5

Not one, but TWO fights tonight. I agree with what Gray said, the fight by the pool was hilarious, first time I've ever seen someone pull guard in a street fight.

Lauzon v. Cole was a hell of a fight, its a shame that the elbow happened, but I believe Joe that it was an accident, and he had been basically dominating the fight save for the choke at the very beginning, so it would have been pretty shitty for him to have to go out like that. If Joe doesn't make the final I'd like to see him and Cole fight in the finale.

Couture comes into BJ's camp next week to work with them, and then specifically Gray to an extent.

lauzon couldn't help but hit him in the back of the head, cole turtled up and the back of his head was all that was showing. lauzon was coming from left field with some his elbow shots when they were facing each other. cole had no answer for anything lauzon threw at him. he was just waiting for lauzon to get sloppy and then he was going to try and sumit him, but i don't think that was going to happen

I dont like the match ups but that was a good fight last night. THe pool fight was nice and I thought Dana over reacted.

Another real good looking fight, had some nice back and forth stuff. Both guys got some nice strikes in, Gray was dominant with his wrestling, but Melendez was close there with a few sub's. Nice job by Gray finishing it off with the guillotine, he needs to get better with his strikes against guys on the ground if he wants to continue to move on, he had a little too much LnP going on.

Next week looks real interesting, Nate moves over to train with BJ for his fight against Corey, and then what will probably be the match up of the quarters Manny v. Wiman.

Good fight. I love how they always underestimate a wrestler.
I will smash your face into a car windshield and then take your mother, Dorothy Mantooth, out to a nice seafood dinner and never call her again!

Tell me about it, this morning, I woke up and I shit a squirrel, but what I can't get is the damn thing is still alive. So now, I've got a shit covered squirrel running around my office and I don't know what to name it.

Couple of interesting fights last night, Diaz didn't look too good against Corey, until he sunk that triangle in that is, and then Manny just out horsed Wiman. Like that its wound up 2 and 2 in the semi's. Next week should be interesting, Dana wanting to go teammate v. teammate and Diaz and Karo getting into it after Manny's fight.

I think the match up should be MannyvsGrey and Diaz vs Lauzon

If they're going to mix them I'd prefer it the other way. Lauzon v. Manny, and then Diaz v. Gray. Still think Joe is the best guy there, and then I like Diaz as the class of the other three by a nose.
