Move over Lesnar here is the future of the heavyweight division.

He is a former Colorado U. football player was signed by the bills for a short while. Went on to become a golden gloves heavyweight champ and has since transitioned into mma with a 3-0 record.

Super athletic with great hands, good takedown defense and some very good submissions particularly his anaconda choke. He has finished all of his opponents so far including a ko of the former wrestling great Johnny Curtis.

Claudale remember I gave you this information when he enters into the ufc and put down some damn money.

Im telling you the dude is legit. Not many heavyweights will have the hands to match him, and very few have the quickness and athleticism that he has.

His worst match up right now would be a wrestler that could keep him on his back. But he has good takedown defense and a deadly anaconda that can be kryptonite for a wrestler shooting in.

When he was a white belt he was tapping brown belts in competition, he also choked unconscious tuf alumnus mike nickels.

Hes training with one of the best camps out there right now. Works every day with big daddy carwin, as well as one of the best trainers in trevor wittman, as well as all the other mma guys associated with the gym in marquardt, evans, jardine, villasenor etc.

There are a lot of fighters at my gym who I think are average prospects at best but this guy is the real deal holyfield.

Doesn't look that big PJ. You've seen train? He says he trains with Carwin, does he hang with him?

The other guys he mentions (Ludwig and Marquart) would be smaller guys (especially Ludwig).

Of course we'll remember this if he becomes a contender.

Hes 6'4 240. He will be smaller than some of the heavies but have a significant edge in speed and quickness.

Carwin is his main training partner and schaub gets the edge in striking and carwin gets the edge on the ground. He also trains with elliot marshall who walks at aroudn 230, cody donovan who walks at around 225, and james mcsweeney who is an excellent heavyweight kickboxer who moved here a couple months back from england.

There are also some really good boxers at trevor wiitmans gym as it is mainly a boxing gym. Besides that there are 5 or 6 blackbelts from the surrounding gyms mostly from easton bjj (marshalls gym) who come in and work with them on their ground skills.

The guys like ludwig, marquadrt, and christian allan that he mentioned work more on the technique aspect as opposed to sparring.

Lesnar would beat him right now. I just used lesnar becasue he is called the next big thing. Schaub is only 26, he will probably be in the next season of tuf and after he wins that then gets a couple of gimme fights after the show he will be around 28 and will be on a path for the ufc heavyweight title.

dont change your tune now Pjers, Im sure that Brock would not appreciate your treacherous behavior.

but if you say that this dude can handle Carwin in the stand up, I say he could destroy Lesnar just as I can see Carwin doing.
