I do agree with you old man Favre should have been on a Green Bay side line holding a clip board, or retired and nursing his old bones.

Things didn't work out as hoped with Favre, but at the time that it happened, there were lots of people (fans, media, etc.) who thought it was a good move. Pennington was thought to have a blown out arm and while he was a fan favorite and a great team player, it was felt that he didn't have the physical tools anymore.

I forgive you since you are not familiar with american football. When saying the jets got rid of him that means that front office people in charge. Also the fans were pushing to get rid of Pennington and were very happy to get favre.

When Roy Williams got traded to the Dallas you didnt say "the general manager traded for roy williams" you said "cowboys traded for roy williams." Lets not over think this one my foreign friend.

The Dallas Cowboys drafted Roy Williams from OU and although he broke his arm this season and didn't see much action at the safety position, I do get your point. Thanks for the education, I am a first year NFL American football guy, after all.

No I had no idea who That is, PJ. I try and watch as much inside the nfl, espn, etc in order to keep up, and the Cowboys are generally the topic of their shows. Personally I dont follow them, I follow my beloved San Diego Chargers, but I do pick up bits and pieces, here and there from their fans, (like your point right now about Roy Williams), the TV shows, etc. It's clear from having seen a handful of their games that they are a dominating force when healthy. It's a shame, (same with New England) that injuries derailed their campaign for 2008-2009. But their loss is our gain. My Chargers are cruising into the post season and your Eagles managed to somehow win a playoff game and make your entire season a success. Kudos to you and those pesky Eagles!

gf is the place to go, i was there in 2007 while the downtown was torn up for renewal. it looks like it was going to be pretty cool. queensbury isn't really a place to go to in my mind its just a second hs near the mall. you go thru qby while taking rt 9 up to lake george. its where you stop for gas. like ventura, you stop here for gas on your way to santa barbara.
