The above link gives a spoiler, on who the guy is that replaces the semifinalist that doesn't fight. It doesn't say which guy out of Mac, Matt, George, or Tommy doesn't fight, just who winds up replacing them.

Closing out the season with this one...

Arroyo bowing out like that, only he really knows how bad his rib was really busted up, I'd like to say that I'd have stuck it out, but I've never been in that situation so I really can't say for sure.

The little conferences with Dana were high comedy, War, Rude, and especially Richie "you me and space" Hightower (who Serra seemed to want to give the fight to) wanted NOTHING to do with Danzig. Just like guys on TUF 3 wanted nothing to do with Bisping.
So, once again you give big props to John Kolosci he came in and as soon as he comes through the door its "I want Mac Danzig" the same Mac Danzig that beat the crap out of him when they fought before. Ben cracked me up in this segment with his little "what about little old me" remark.

Fight was awkward, but kind of expected. John wanted to go for the big shot, Danzig did a nice job keeping the distance and then finishing when he got the opportunity.

With the "Knockout of the season" promos, Hughes' "Tommy's right hand is a big secret weapon" gave away the outcome of that fight. George looked tentative, maybe he didn't want to wind up underneath Tommy. Serra and whoever else can trumpet the eye poke, but Tommy was getting the better of the exchanges before it, and George probably landed his best shots after it. Regardless, Tommy went and smacked him with the right hand, and then put him to sleep with the ground and pound.

I liked both guys in this fight, and was a little disappointed to see George go out like that, I had been anticipating seeing a Mac v. George fight for a while.

Its kind of funny, for all the stuff that happened early in the season with guys not listening to him, and then him possibly wanting to leave the show, Hughes got the last laugh.

I said above that I had wanted to see a Mac v. George fight, but I'm certainly not disappointed in a Mac v. Tommy fight. Mac FAR outclasses Tommy in basically every technical skill, but he's the smallest guy there, and Tommy is one of the biggest, and as shown tonight he's got that big right.

I like Mac to take it all on Saturday though, he's shown through out his fights that he looks to punish the guy from every position, and he's got great takedown defense. I think those qualities coupled with Tommy's green, but still improving jiu jitsu will lead to a Danzig win by submission. Probably a rear naked.

I'm going to have to disagree with you, just because Tommy has had a few months to improve his technique, and he'll still have that brute strength. Mac can't pick up that much strength in just a few months, but Tommy can seriously improve his technique in a few months. I wonder where he's training, unless he's still working out with Dwight and Mose at the beet farm.

    The recap is up.

I was so glad to see both of that loud mouth Serra's boys go down. That kind of pissed me off when Serra used the eye poke excuse. George was knocked the F#@k out! His head bounced of the canvas on that last punch. Tommy and Mac could be interesting.

I considered that, I just think Mac is too good. To answer your question, Tommy has been training with Hughes at his new gym.

Do you think they throw horses at this gym?

Hughes has two videos of them training there. I didn't see anyone carrying a horse, nor anyone knocking out a cow.

I'm so happy Roman and Dorian are matched up with each other at the finale. No matter who wins, you know the interview with Rogan is going to be hilarious.

Amen to that. I hope they call each other out as pooooossies during the weigh-ins.

Where are the videos? Link, por favor.

By the way, I just went back and read my recap, and I knew I was tired when I was writing it, but damn. It is now fixed.
