I'd say either Lawal or Velasquez.

Great question Mark, I also thought of Hodge. He won the Gold Gloves with basically no boxing training, so he'd be a great striker. He obviously had the wrestling background.
You do the math..... I'll do the alfredo!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

I went with Mo because his athleticism is just insane. I can't wait to see how Ben takes to BJJ because of his flexibility and strength from odd positions. Phil Davis was left off that list, and he will also be interesting to watch.

In addition to Davis, don't forget about Jon Jones. He's only been training for about 6 months and has already beaten a very solid Andre Gusmao on short notice. He's also very athletic and although he's a bit wild right now, takes well to standup. Will be interesting to see how he develops.

Gerald Harris is also steadily improving under the radar getting in some time at Arizona Combat Sports which is quickly becoming a very good camp and working with Rampage, Bisping, et al at the Wolfslair in England.
