    Default UFC 91 discussion

Just opened a bottle of wine that I've been saving for awhile.

    Life doesn't get any better.

The only bummer is that I'm about to see my hero get his ass kicked.

Ken Flo makes it look easy with a rear naked choke on Joe Stevenson.

    Maybe he can beat BJ?????????????

I love Randy, but I think Brock will catch him with a haymaker early.

Brock hits Randy with a grazing temple shot during an exchange in the 2nd.

It didn't look like much at full speed, but slow-mo showed the connection.

Apparently, any connecting punch from Lesner's canned ham sized paws can be devastating.

Anyway, Brock pounces on the downed Couture and hits him with 20+ hammer fists before the fight is called.

That's the way I saw it.

    Great night of fights.
    1. Lesnar is a monster and I am looking forward to him fighting nog.
    2. Wicked ko bt stephens.
    3. Hazelett is sick on the ground that was an awesome submission.
    4. I've been hyping maia and silva might just get choked out next.
    5. Gurgel is the anti-couture with his gameplans but he does put on exciting fights.
    6. Florian gets better and better he absolutely deserves a title shot.
    7. The atmosphere was electric in the building.
    8. Now its time for me to set it off in the casinos.

Pretty much as our break down indicated, Randy would not be able to win the clinch game. He would not be able to take Brock down, he would not be able to wear Brock down, and he did not want to stand with him, because one big shot could end the fight. That's exactly what happened and Brock made those of you who saw the fight going this way look like geniuses. Or at least like you know the fight game rather well. WTF said Randy would try to be elusive like Machida? Good stuff.
    Lets go Brent!

I'm starting to think that the only way to beat Lesnar is to catch him in a sub like a heel hook.

    Oh wait......that happen once already.

If lightning doesn't strike twice, the UFC will have the same heavyweight champ for many years to come.
