    Default Dana on Kimbo Slice:

?If he wants to do Ultimate Fighter, yeah, we?d give him a chance,?
?If he picks up a bunch of wins in fights, we?d consider him.?

    LOL!

It would be interesting if Kimbo would win the qualifier fight to make it on to the show.

I would definitely watch that season. i doubt that Kimbo would want to fight for 3k though

With the kind of numbers Kimbo would do, he'd be likely to be fighting for $250k and a cut of pay per views.

I wouldn't miss a show if Kimbo were on TUF. I know Dana is trying to be a smart ass but his presence on the show would mean big ratings. Zuffa, make it happen!

1 month ago maybe, the Kimbo stock has plummeted, much like my 401k.

I forgot, you feel the need to defend Dana at all times.

Isn't it obvious - he's been complaining how the guy ruined the sport, is a disgrace and a freakshow, . . . . but now that he's available, its not impossible he'll be in the UFC since he has been a rating success

And you feel the need to attack Dana all the time. This quote was stolen from a Sherdog article last week by the "journalists" over at yahoo. And they chopped it up to fit their needs.

Here was the part of the original story that mentioned Dana.

In an interview with USA Today four days after Slice?s 14-second loss to UFC castoff Seth Petruzelli, UFC President Dana White took a jab at Slice?s backyard brawling days and said he might be seen fighting next at a barbeque.

?I wasn't going to offer Kimbo Slice a chance to fight in the UFC -- but a chance to fight his way onto ?The Ultimate Fighter,?? White told USA Today. ?If you want to be in the UFC, go do the reality show.?

Imber (kimbo's agent), who has been a friend of Ferguson since their days together at Miami Palmetto High School, took the news in stride.

?Hey, it?s that guy?s organization. He can run it any way he wants,? he said. ?He?s obviously done a great job doing his thing, and he?s entitled to his opinion. That?s cool. We have nothing against him or what he?s doing.?

Imber said he and Slice have met White on numerous occasions and liked him. If anything, Imber was surprisingly sympathetic toward the outspoken promoter.

?He?s obviously sick of hearing about Kimbo, and that?s how he reacts to it,? said Imber. ?If he doesn?t want him in there, he?ll get what he wants.?

Saying he'll be fighting at a backyard next doesn't indicate signing him if you ask me. He's just saying that he would have to earn his way into the UFC like anyone else (while making backhanded stabs at him Dana Style).

And I shouldn't have to tell you to be careful basing an opinion off of a yahoo "sports" article. But don't fear, Dana will certainly give us a legitimate reason to bash him before long, he simply can't help himself.
