With dozen or so posts I guess you read often and write rarely. You and VAK think I shouldn't have said anything because it may show Dana doing a 180. VAK's always here to defend Dana, I figured that out a long time ago. This story caused you to post for the 18th time in defending him

Dana was completely disrespectful to Kimbo talking about him losing to UFC 145 pounders. Constantly bitching about him; it's a joke that you two get upset that I point out things are different now that he's available. Dana signed and showcased Gannon, so it was clear to many of us that Dana was just jealous that Kimbo worked out for Elite.

Dana put himself into a corner, so he can't just put him on a UFC card. But its obvious he'd consider using him.

He's said a million times "he can fight on TUF". He's making fun of Kimbo.

Not to defend anyone here, but why would anyone put him on the TUF show? He lost to a guy that lost on the show. I could see using him for rating but he would get exposed again and quickly lose the fan base. Unless he is hired to make a riot situation in the house, he would be worthless.

Actually I agree with you about VAK always defending Dana. Too bad it has nothing to do with my post. Neither does my post count. Unless superior post count outweighs logic.

But if it makes you feel better, you can search all of my 18 posts (a number you seem to think means something) and see that rather than defending Dana, most have been critical of him.

My post was simply about pointing out that Dana's actual comments showed no change in how he has discussed Kimbo. He's still disrespecting him (backyard BBQ fights), and still says he does not belong. No change. Rather, yahoo sports wrote another terrible article.

I have to side with Dana on this one. Kimbo Slice would be great on the show, bringing in record numbers in my opinion and as long as the competition level was around what we saw on the last heavyweight competiiton, Slice would be right in the think of things. Matched up properly, Slice could be a contender on TUF.

IF he were to make it on to the show I would agree that he would boost numbers on a short term basis, but thats a very big if.

The 18 was commented on since you know I always put Dana down. Unless you're VAKs buddy and he's complained about me, its unusual that you would conclude that. (like I said, you would have to read a lot of posts without making them very often).

I think Dana left the door open. TUF is a stupid offer since it's asking him to start like a no name, but he also makes the comment about him winning a few fights. Dana can't simply take him now after all he's said.

I agree with what you are basically saying in that Dana can't take him now because of past comments, but would have snatched him up for ratings if the past was not there. i just don't think it was really a change of tune. I really think the "he could do TUF" comment was an insult more than a legit offer.
