Fisher, Leites show off submission skills
It was a solid stand-up war for much of the first two rounds then Spencer Fisher's experience came through. Shannon Gugerty scored a takedown in the third but got caught in a tight triangle choke. Gugerty fought to survive and scrambled for two minutes and fifteen seconds but finally had to tap.
Poor Drew McFedries. He didn't even get a long walk to the ring. The non-televised fights were running long so within three minutes of the Fisher win, McFedries and Thales Leites were standing in the cage. One minutes and fifteen seconds later, McFedries was choked out with a rear-naked choke. Not much of a UFC experience.
Poor Fisher too, he may have been in line for Submission of the Night and a huge bonus. But he didn't top Leites' 75 second win by choke.

How did you see the non-televised fights?
