So far there is not much to speak of in the prelims. Three decisions so far in which not much happened although the Horwich/Miller fight seemed to be a good ground battle with lots of attempted submissions.

Aurelio is now 1-3 in the UFC so I could see this being the end of the road for him. He is very good from the top position but he does not have the wrestling to utilize those skills against the wrestlers/grapplers in the UFC lw divison. He also lacks the striking skills to adapt when the fight stays on the feet.

Well I just went 5-5 on the prelims. As expected Leites made quick work of Mcfedries with a submission in just over a minute. McFedries has been in the game for awhile but still has no wrestling or ground game to speak of. He seems to be too stubborn and instead of realizing his weaknesses blames his opponents for not be willing to exchange.

Fisher submitted Gugerty in what sounded like a pretty good fight up until the third round triangle.

    I'm in.

Wasn't going to pay for it until Koscheck was added.

Great fight between Sherk and Griffin. I had Sherk just eking it out. I think he won the 1st and Griffin won the 3rd, the 2nd round was close but they each landed a lot of shots but Sherk got the takedown.

I would have hated to be a judge for Sherk v Griffin.

Very close fight - Sherk wins unanimous decision.

I hope you laid the wood on Dos Santos Mr. Jersey. That was a sick KO.

I wish Koscheck would have made more of an effort to take it to the ground.

I hate it when the wrestlers try to prove that they have learned how to box.
