Rashad Evans Vs Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, It's Happening!

Finally, after so much anticipation, the long awaited match-up between Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and Rashad Evans has been confirmed for UFC 114.

The match was confirmed on Thursday by the UFC with Dana White having this to say:

"It’s no secret that Rampage Jackson and Rashad Evans don’t like each other, and this rivalry has gotten more and more intense in the last few months. I can guarantee you that neither one of these guys wants to lose to each other, this fight is going to be insane"

Your damn right it's going to be insane.

Both of these fighters have been at each others throats since they were opposing coaches on the UFC's TUF show, and one can presume that any match the two have will be damn explosive.

Both fighters are hard hitters, so we can hopefully expect a knock-out somewhere.

To find out who is going to win however, we will have to wait until UFC 114 on the 29th of May.

this will be one of the best fights out there but i persanally think Rampage is going to destroy him

well we do know both these guys were wrestlers too, obviously rashad has the better pedigree, but still id say interms of opponents rampage has beaten and fought, also the fact that he was able to hang in there with some rediclous opponents, im goin with rampage murder

I'll pick Rashad. I think he is more dedicated and has quicker strikes.

Q destroys a door while getting all up in Evans face. A little over the top I'd say. This is gonna be a street brawl with a ref as far as i can tell.

Look for it to end early & ugly!

Fan of both but I have to go w/ Rampage on this one. He's a lot bigger than Rashad, his boxing is better, and his wrestling is good enough to defend Rashad's takedowns. Rampage by KO 2nd round.
