PJ - you'd rather have a long running thread than start them for each event?

I do not care if people start the individual threads about each event. I am just saying you can also comment on this thread as well. This thread does not have to be soley for upcoming events it can be used on a daily basis to discuss a variety of things minus the politics of mma.

Also Cl as I said those threads will fade away and get lost eventually. Here we can keep track of stuff such as post fight comments by fighters on who they are calling out or not. That way if the topic comes up down the read we have a reference to check.

Most threads due turn into that so yes. Other threads start up that have to do with the sport itself and they last about one page and fade or they turn into a dana thread.

Basically yes. There are times when I hear something interesting about a fighter or a fight but it may not be worthy of starting a new thread so now I can just come into here and post it.
