Is there a statute of limitations here? Because said violation was last week, and I've been listening to my Run DMC, Rob Zombie, Biggie, Bob Marley, & Metallica Pandora stations ever since.

Plus, you have to understand that several of my "potentials" are my Facebook friends. So, there is a bit of groundwork being laid there.

And tell me you wouldn't put this on your "hit" list ....

I always assumed this was part of a plan to get laid, just didn't want to say that here (but now you have)

Mets, Said violation occured on Friday, I postponed your arraignment until yesterday to give you a chance to totally redeem yourself, however since no retraction was made the decision to go forward was a no brainer.

while I understand the issue of "potentials" there are certainly other ways of going about these things without violating the law. proudly displaying that youre listening to Sade with no declaration of a chick next to you, in front or behind you or on top of you is unacceptable.

As for whether or not I would have Sade on my "hit list"is irrelevant to these proceedings.

Nor does the mention of the Spice Girls .. since that did not come from me, and they are a completely different animal. Throwing them out there was an attempt to sway the jury and should be struck from the record.

And, I stand by Sade. She's hot, has a great voice, and doesn't sing fluff, chick songs. There's musical depth to her work. Nothing wrong with putting her into the mix on a very limited basis. There, I said it. Do with me what you will ....

As to the Spice Girls, I will withdraw that from the record.

no one here is doubting the musical abilities or the beauty of Sade, just usage of her music as it goes to man law. hell I even have Sade tunes on my ipod, however those tunes are located in my "seal the deal" or "lovemaking" mix and are only used when needed.

dont take it the wrong way Mets, youre my boy 50 grand and all so it pains me to have to do this but in order to keep you legit, it was necessary.

    consider it an intervention.

As I said, I will accept my punishment. To mitigate such, please consider the musical mix since the infraction, as well as the fact that I watched Pulp Fiction, The Godfather, & The Godfather Part 2 this weekend, in addition to squeezing in 2 dates.

    Thank you for your consideration.

Maybe 20 years ago. This is how she looks today. Sorry brother.
