yes gsp has cleaned up his diet, i think the incease of healthy fats and lean proteins have really done wonders for him. Looks like he has begun his bulking up process for 185.

ODH, I thought of Warren, Askren and Rosholt but like you said, not UFC. Warren just wrestled in the Kit Carson cup and didn't do so well, hopefully he's just rusty.

Adolf, I agree with your post. I was trying to think of best "pure wrestling" careers, I don't mean to say that either Hendricks or Couture is the best at anything right now.

I would not put Davis on the same level as Hendricks. Hendricks was a 3 time finalist at a very talented weight class. Pound per pound, he is probably the 2nd best wrestler in mma, imo, as far as technique and pure wrestling goes. He is a very close second to Askren. I think Lawal outwrestles both Henderson, Lindland and Couture because they have come to age. Hell Woodley has looked like a wrestling machine against Zach Light. The youth and explosiveness has to be accounted for as well as credential and skill level.

In the UFC, I think Hendricks is the best wrestler. I think him and Kos would be a tight one, but I have to go with Johny's scrambling to overcome Kos. Its subjective until they fight. I think he needs to sharpen his skills quite a bit before he faces a GSP, but I do not see GSP owning him. I know, former Rutgers 174 pounder, Justin Haskins took Hendricks down. But Johny overcame it and outwrestled him.

Really? That's interesting, being that he has a fight coming up at 170. So he's going to bulk up and then bulk down? Those silly Canadians haha

Matt Hughes ....his style was to wrestle you with the occasional blow. Rampage gasses too quick...he's more wwe with his slams. So I disagree Zapp. List hard to make.....who is even in the UFC for more than a few fights! The big names never leave even if they are losing! I like to see USA National team v. UFC that would be a great ten!
