Coker also states in the article that he is looking to have melendez fight aoki and thomson fight kawajiri. Strikeforce does not have the depth but they have some great fighters and are putting together good match ups.

I don't particularly care for the first two matchups, as I think they're pretty one-sided in the execution (not that they're out of place or anything, I just don't care for them), but I REALLY like both the mentioned match ups here.

I'm not into this fedor fight, seems to much like a nog rematch. I'd rather see dan fight someone bigger, huge test for Shields. Other two fights are interesting but can aoki wear those tights? I also wonder why Dana never chased the big name Japanese fighters (deciding against a big, rich market where Pride was a big deal)

i don't like the heavyweight match. Sure love seeing Fedor fight. he gets beat on a bit then wham, turns the lights out. Only Timmay recently failed to put up a fight against the Russian. I don't see Werdum having much for him at all however. I'd love to see Fedor in the UFC taking on the world's best heavies, win lose or draw. Right now a fight against Frank Mir would be huge.
