Last TUF
Can't believe no one started a thread on this.
So PJ knew all along that Schaub was in the finals. He really didn't look impressive until the last fight although he has proven he can survive on bottom (was never punished much and was there in every fight).
Adolf, do you possess the kind of big man strength that Big Baby has?
Should be an interesting finals. Both guys are good; Nelson probably should have gotten a UFC contract outright. Was good to see Dana lighten up on him, I was worried something weird might happen (like Jesse Taylor) the way the two were acting after the show.
I also give the UFC credit for showing us that Kimbo turned down the fight. All that talk of let me back in, and now he plays himself off as a street fighter with no training (he's been training MMA for years now). He can't go against guys with good takedowns, and now he can't go against "tree choppers" - not a good start.

Claudale I'm 58 years old. I was a load for anyone back in my day and at this age I can still go with most, but come on, give me a break here, I'm 58 years old. I mean sure, against you or some of the others on this site, I can gorilla tree smash any of yous with ease, but in the cage, against young, seasoned competition, I would be hard pressed to look any better than Marcus did. I can admit that.
Very disappointed Kimbo d!ck tucked.

Lets go Brent!

F'n Shane Carwin ruined the episode by posting about the Shaub victory before it aired on the rez.

Really? It does seem like the fighters talk more about TUF and at the very least, give you hints. I was under the impression before it started that Kimbo would not do well.
LOL - gorilla tree smash. Adolf, you might not have Big Baby's strength, but I'm sure you could throw him and end up on top, right?

Nelson will beat Shaub. Agree that he should've been under contract already.

Nelson is the big favorite (2.5 to 1) - I thought it would be fairly even.
Edgar is a huge favorite (5 to 1) and although I expect him to win, Veach was an NCAA qualifier at 165 and has a win over Matt Grice, the wrestling should be even (Edgar has good standup)
Kimbo a 2-1 underdog

Re: Last TUF
Nelson should've never been on the show. Schaub looks like a pretty legit prospect to me. He appears to have a very high ceiling.
The curse of JB White struck again. It's practically a law now--if JB says someone should win, bet the house on the other guy.
I heart Jazzy B. White.

apparently Carwin thought everyone saw it at the same time, so he posted a congrats to Shaub.
I think everyone knew Kimbo didnt do good.
I got Shaub winning the Finale.

He's made some bad calls for sure - I guess the worst ever is when he thought Rashad was the weakest guy in all of season 2
