Now he seems to have several excuses again, one excuse was not being able to pay the fine. The other was the pain killer addiction. He should have addressed both these issues with the ufc well in advance. At the very least they could have had a replacement fighter lined up in case he was not able to go for whatever reason. This is the second time a fighter got screwed over (yoshida got scratched at ufc 88) after training for months, and even though they got paid by the ufc probably lost out on sponsorhip money as well as any travel expenses of friends in family who came intown to watch.
You obviously aren't a drug addict, if you were the way he handled it would seem perfectly logical. Deny, conceal, hit bottom.. BTW, yes I have experience in this area. 13 years clean and sober.

whats the stretch? Karos a UFC vet, whether or not care for him or his style of fighting he has put some asses in the seats and by contract is one of Danas "guys"

even McMahon takes care of all his guys, you would think that his fanboy would do the same.

LOL, of course. Every individual fighters problems are Dana's fault. It's cool, I'm aware of the way things go on this board.

Did Dana cut his contract? This article doesn't say that.

On the last TUF, Dana says they never force people to fight, but if you don't fight, you're gone. Also supposedly Rich wanted to pull out of his first fight against Silva and Dana made some comment about not being able to pay his mortgagge without a job.

Anywho, how impressed were you by Aldo, Dingo? That was impressive against Brown.
Aldo was a monster vs. Brown. He's so filled with fast-twitch fibers that he can attempt numerous flying knees and switch kicks without over-extending himself and allowing a tough wrestler like Brown to take him down. Because of his hellacious athleticism, he can use every weapon in his arsenal, making him very difficult to prepare for. You have to expect everything and nothing is thrown just for show. I could possibly see someone like Faber being able to get him down and control him, if anyone can. One of the performances of the entire year, IMO.
    I heart Jazzy B. White.
