    Default TUF Heavyweights episode 2

Second fight in a row that was boring as hell.

How the heck do you get on TUF and can't make it 1 round without being totally gassed? WTF?

Bad enough if 1 guy is gassed but, when the 2nd guy is almost as tired a minute into the 2nd round.

I would have thought we would've have seen an ultra boring third round.

I don't see how the brit won the first round.

Oh, well we get to see Kimbo vs Roy.

Yeah that fight was pathetic. I don't see how that guy won the first round either. I think that if it did go to the third though the Brit would have won because the other guy couldn't even stand, but it should have went to 3rd round anyway. I don't see how the Brit supposedly had "world-class kickboxing". He looked like a fish out of water the whole fight, as did the other guy.

Looking forward to Kimbo/Roy next week even though I already know the result (sigh).

A guy like Shivers isn't likely to ever have great conditioning. That huge frame and abundance of bulky muscles is next to impossible to accomodate with oxygen and blood.

I think there's a fairly strong argument for Shivers winning both rounds. Lots of leg kicks by the Brit, but little else.

And the way that British guy bragged about himself, I was thinking Fedor couldn't hang with him. We then see him run away, only put effort into leg kicks (only) and not attack a guy who was too tired to keep his hands up.

This is pretty much why I wasn't excited about this season. So few heavyweights can give you round after round of action while nearly every little guy can. I expect other fights to be really bad to from the looks of some of the other goons on that show.

I thought Big Country was the best going into this show and I suspect he'll take out Kimbo next week (Kimbo at least has fought several rounds before).

I thought he at least won the first. Of course it was his own damn falt for hanging on exhausted. Possibly won both rounds.

I also think he should have been thinking GNP over keylocks on top

He should of had more than 3 minutes worth.

Adrenaline dump plus nerves = gas tank depleted, no matter who you are. I'm not saying this was the case, but it is likely that it was.

You said Wiltz, but don't be so certain of that good of a fight next week either. And DingoBirgade, what are you talking about. IF YOU TRAIN HARD ENOUGH, you can last 5 rounds no matter how big you are. But we are talking 2 rounds here, and that pathetic. but if he trained more he would have a better gas tank which equals a better outcome.

I have to agree with lwhs112. Brock Lesner is even bigger and he can last at least a couple of rounds. Maybe even more but since he hasn't had to we don't know yet.
