Default GSP: "I've never eaten healthy, I always eat junk"

Me thinks he's on the vitamin "S"

"As people know I had a little injury to my abductor muscle. I had a tear, so I did a lot of rehab, I had a lot of treatment," explained St-Pierre. "I'm close to getting back to 110 percent in October.

Everybody talks about this fight, but the thing is, I think Anderson Silva now wants to go into the Heavyweight [division]," suggested St-Pierre. "I walk around 185 pounds and he's walking around at 230 pounds. I think he's [focused on] heavyweight now. If one day we fight each other it would probably be at a catch-weight, but I don't think it's in the near future now, maybe next year we'll see what's going to happen.

Next week I'm starting a diet, I've never eaten really healthy in my life. I always have junk food and I didn't really pay attention to what I was eating," he remarked. "I never get fat because I have good genetics, but next week I'm starting something new and it will probably help me to reach a new level."

    LOL.

And the paragraph about Silva is very unclear, as if he wants to say "I'm not fighting him" but tries to make it sound like it's not that he wouldn't like to.

He'd have to call him or another MW out imo to get a fight like that.

and does Silva really walk around at 230? 45 pounds over when GSP is one of the biggest guys in his weight class and he's saying he's only 15 pounds over (1/3rd the amount Anderson cuts).

As we all know as wrestlers, Silva could walk around at 300 pounds, that doesn't mean he's any bigger, that would simply mean he gets further out of shape than most d0 between fights. It sounds like GSP wants the uninformed fan to think that the Spider is much bigger than he really is. We all understand that Silva isn't cutting 45 pounds of water weight, he's merely getting into fight shape. I don't believe the 230 number either. I've stood next to Anderson and he's closer to 200, if anything.

Claudale I think gsp doesnt get much higher than that probably 190 max because he is so lean. Guys like forrest get really high over their weight because they put on a lot of fat.

I have heard silva walks at 215-220 so i think gsp is over stating that one a bit.

Silva is a lot bigger than gsp. He looked as big as forrest who is one of the biggest 205lbers. GSP is big for 170 and i think would not look very undersized at 185 but make no mistake he would be smaller than silva.

Silva has a that long body type where he can put on and take off weight and not look significantly different.
