I thought this video was funny. Especially because you find out a lot of interesting things about Frank Shamrock as he is interviewing Gina.

It was funny, but Frank is still a loser. The video after, Gina vs Satan was a good training video. Cybog vs Gina maybe the only womens MMA fight that has been interesting enough to want to watch.
