Yeah, you're right. What applies to these smaller orgs doesn't usually apply to the UFC. The UFC clearly has the money to support a contract like Fedor's. Atleast until he starts asking for nuclear weapons to bring back to Russia.

Vak please be honest with the board. Are you rooting for the demise of strikeforce?

    Not even a little bit.

RINGS, Pride, Bodog, Affliction. DOn't look at me, I'm rooting for Strikeforce. I like the way they run their business and usually they don't take risks like this.

The UFC has the revenue streams to hold him up and justify paying these amounts. Now, according to M-1's own mouths, Strikeforce will only be getting half of the profits of any event where Fedor fights, on top of what they're paying him. I just said good luck. I WANT Strikeforce to survivie this contract.[/quote]

    so in other words, no.

How is he rooting for Strikeforce's destruction. He said he hopes it doesn't happen, just that it might, which you cannot deny. Fedor will probably ask for the ownership of the org for his next contract.

We'll see how VAK (and Adolf) react if the UFC pieces together a free card to spoil Fedor's debut.

Of course not...because I know the UFC is big enough as a business to survive one bad contract. Strikeforce? I'm hoping they do. Strikeforce is not the equal of the UFC at this point.

Haha, I would not be surprised. Dana has to do something if he wants to continue his quest to take over the world.

I think we already know how VAk feels about DW and the UFC.
