Cro-Cop Vs. Al-Turk Official for UFC 99
A fight we all knew was taking place was finally officially announced by the UFC today via UFC.com.
Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic will make his return to the UFC at UFC99 when he fights Mustapha Al-Turk. Mirko has not fought since December 2008 where he defeated Hong Man Choi in K-1 Dynamite.
Mustapha Al-Turk made his UFC debut at UFC 92 in December 2008 where he lost to Cheick Kongo via TKO in the first round.
UFC 99 is currently scheduled for June 13 in Cologne, Germany. Listed below is the current full fight card.

CC can juice up for this fight and they picked an opponent for him to high kick KO.
Thinking CC - Nog could be next and Dana seems to be eying lots of good former Pride fights (and Pride-UFC matchups).

He is still very popular in the states. Cro Cop was a late addition to the card but if he wins i guarantee he will be the co-main or main event in his next fight.

but I thought that they brought in cro cop because they wanted the croation contingent to show up, I read somewhere that they werent doing so well in sales, so if thats true you would think that theyd want him on the main card.

I heard that as well, i also heard that we would see the fight regardless of whether it was on the main card or not. Now I am reading that the main card will be six fights instead of five.

I would hope we would see it, I will buy this live if they do put Cro Cop on there, otherwise, will watch on the comp.
