Asics Rulon vs Cael 3.0 Wrestling Shoes

Hello

I am stuck whether to go with Asics Rulon or Cael 3.0

Which one is better for the ankle support.

It is pretty much a preference thing for what I am told. Both are equally well designed.

And how about Asics Dan Gable

Go with the Rulons, they are the best shoe i have ever wrestled in. They break in great and have great grip. I have used the Caels also (still a good shoe) but they always seemed clumpy feeling.
Your money=what ever you want though...

if your talkin about gettin shoes for ankle support, go with the rulons. but if you want instant comfortability, go with the caels. ive had several pairs of both and there both good shoes, but every pair of the cael 3's that ive had, it seemed like i never had to break them in.

Also, can you recommend Dan Gable for Ankle support as well since my friend like Dan Gable version.

He has some ankle problem, so he has to has the best shoes for ankle support. Should he also go for Rulon or Dan Gable ?

i have the gables too and i think the gables are the lesser of the three.
