I learned it a while ago from an irani teammate in judo , its called "guehvaré " ( ie spelling) or which can be translated as a seesaw .
Kazem sarikhani scoring ippon with this throw at the 1999 asian judo championships :

Sarikhani scored victories with uchi-mata, kami-shiho-gatame, a massive sukui-nage and a unique kouchi-gari against Makoto Takimoto in the semi-final. From an extreme left stance he hooked his left foot behind Takimoto's left leg and pulled the Japanese's right leg between his own from behind. The first attempt did not score and a second was rewarded only with a koka but on the third attempt he finally secured an ippon.

Any idea about the origin of this throw : shukhe , frrestyle wrestling or any other folkstyle ?

It's similar to a move that we call a "Metzger".

I don't know who Metzger is/was.

The move is a counter to a single leg.

When your leg is off the ground in a single position, you hook behind your opponents far knee with your trapped leg.

Grab your opponents far shoulder or even around the waist and pull back while lowering your level and hooking behind your opponent's other knee with your other arm. You sort of sit to your hip and drop your opponent to his back.

I hope this makes sense. Maybe someone could explain better?

Since my above post, I found the above link which shows a completely different move called a farside Metzger.

This move is not the one that I was talking about. (Maybe we are calling the move I mentioned by the wrong name?? That happens)

Yeah it's called a "cut back" and it's used as a counter to a single leg when you are on your feet and your leg is in between your opponent's. You need to secure a whizzer (overhook) to make it work. You can either use your free hand to block the near leg at the knee as Sarikhani did or you can use the leg you are standing on to scissor kick the near leg. Both are effective and will take your opponent to his back. The scissor kick part is illegal in our scholastic style as you can really injure your opponent's knee. You can only attempt it using your hand to block the near leg.

It's nothing like a Metzger which was named after World Silver Medalist Andre Metzger.

The way I see the Judo throw it is a variation of Kani-Basami, flying scissors. It is illegal (in both Judo and wrestling) if you use both legs to scissor. The variation shown is to reach back with you arm instead of the leg. As G&P stated it is a common wrestling "clinic" technique to counter a single leg, meaning a technique that looks good in a clinic but has a low percentage chance of actually working in a match.

Andre Metzger was a great US wrestler in the 1980's. He one at least one NCAA title wrestling for Michigan State. I think he was better known for his Freestyle technique however. I don't know all his accomplishments, but I remember the he set the Gold Standard at Fargo winning five Jr. National titles before they had a Cadet dvision.

The move from TheMat is what I learned as a Metzger, I think it is the same as a Deep Crotch

Whoops, my bad.
I figured out why I was thinking Mich State. I went to a clinic in HS where the instructor was a Michigan State wrestler who lost to Metzger in the NCAA finals or semi-finals or something like that. I'll have to look it up.
I think his name was White and he may have been the an Asst. Coach at Harvard at the time.
