About ten years ago, my son was in the county final and down by 1 with 20 secs to go. He got the same leg lift and I thought sure with 20 left it was easy TD and ride out.

His opponent pulled that same backflip to get away. The only difference was when he landed and shot in low, my son caught him with a cement mixer right to the back and pinned him.

I wish I had a video of that one. It happened so fast, from standing neutral to pancake and lights out. If you sneezed you would have missed it.

that would have been CRAZY to see...

do people actually practice that defense...i see a broken neck on the horizon the next time someone actually holds the leg and the guy only gets part of the way around...

I forgot the camera this past weekend, he pinned all 3 opponents. 3 matches that lasted a total of 75 seconds. He was really fired up for that tournament.
