    Default Setting up a 501c3.

Has anyone ever set up a 501c3 before? How difficult is it? I've been in the process of getting a wrestling club started in my new area and I would like to make us an official non-profit so that people and businesses can donate to us with a tax benefit. Anyone out there with some tips?

One of the parents is or knows an attorney or an accountant !! You worry about wrestling/Coaching and get the parents involved in other aspects . DELEGATE !
Or you could get the form online and get it notarized .
You know, I think I would rather be a man than a god . We don't need anyone to believe in us. We just keep going anyhow. It's what we do.
