    Post pro athletes who had successful wrestling careers

    I am trying to put something together that will help grow the sport of wrestling and I need help of who had geat wrestling careers in high school who are now pro athletes, (name football).

    A list of their high school accomplishments would be helpful if you know them.

    Here's a link to a list that I put together a few years ago and posted to the FILES section at my Amateur Wrestling Fan Addicts Yahoo group of "famous folks who wrestled" -- including politicians, actors, CEOs, and athletes in other sports. It hasn't been updated in four years, but there may be something you can use there that goes beyond pro athletes, if that helps.

    Great List -
    You need to add World Champ next to Stephen Neal's name
    and 6X NCAA champ to Haslerig's name.

    Not sure if you want to compile an exhaustive list, but Mike Pucillo, former O-lineman for the Bills and Redskins was a state champ from Brandon FL.
