To paraphrase bluestater, "It's time to pimp my blog."
For years I had just a handful of friends with whom I could discuss wrestling (fortunately one is the bartender at my favorite watering hole). Then - a year ago - I discovered the fascinating world of internet forums and now spend way too much time online.
However, I've met some very interesting people with some very interesting stories. Here's one of them.
I guess this is my point - there are far more people busting their guts to promote and improve wrestling than the casual fan realizes. I spend way too much time on wrestling forums. However, that helps me to know who really has the best interest of the sport in their hearts. Like I said - I've been doing this forum thing for less than a year and I've come to admire Danielle, Mark, Jason, you, Wiltz and several others for the commitment you all have. It's made me want to do more - and if more of us will just do a little more - think what we can accomplish!
DH is definitely all kinds of awesome. Been a great member around here since pretty much the beginning.
She's done great things with the savefresno, and saveoregon sites, and as mentioned she manages to get out and take some pretty good pictures every once in a while.
Danielle is fantastic-her photography is always well done, and wrestling can be a difficult sport to capture on film. Random fact-through my blog, I can keep an eye on which Web sites people click on from my site. Amateur wrestling photos always is the most clicked on. I hope that they're enjoying Danielle's pics as much as we all do!

Tell me about it, this morning, I woke up and I shit a squirrel, but what I can't get is the damn thing is still alive. So now, I've got a shit covered squirrel running around my office and I don't know what to name it.

Hobeika is without a doubt the greatest female wrestling fan on the planet. I've talked with her via cellphone and instant messanger a few times. Very interesting person.
