Many of you know my stance here, but I have to say that's the best video I've seen over at Flo.

I talk to handfuls of wrestlers at the OTC during the day, week, whatever and I know a lot of them always groan about "The Cog."

They'll explain it, but I never quite grasped the insanity of it. When I see the world's greatest athletes struggling just to run uphill, it shows you that the thin air and training would probably give us lowcountry people five steps before we fell over.

We'd go to the OTC every summer and I've run Cog Trail 3 times, and I've wanted to kill myself the whole way all 3 times. It's not fun.
