Brilliant! Right on! You've nailed it!

Wrestling has so many hurdles to overcome... and the weight loss revelations from the Olympics certainly put up additional barriers, esp for those who don't know the positives of the sport.

Probably your best blog to date. Must-read stuff.

As I've mentioned a few times -I wish i'd never cut a lb.-as far as plastics go noone in My room ever used them -they'd try the trash can bag trick but that was a no-no too-cutting weight is the worsepart of our sport and Cejudo probably shouldn't have mentioned plastics 'cause kids everywhere will want to wear them -not to mentin they are illegal to use in FILA evnts.

Here in NJ, mere possession in HS is a season ender.
