    You can only start one back-up out of your five. He is called your FLEX. You have to pick one of the five back-ups or put in back-ups for your starters if they are off but you can only list a starting ten (one at each weight) and then a FLEX. Hope that was helpful.

    Take it REAL EASY for a long time -my brothr in law just had a discotomy-where they actually remove the disc from your back and he felt great and was up running around and voila-needs another surgery -I am not one to talk-they tried to rebuild my shoulder 4 years ago and it came totally apart so I am snailing it this time . Good luck and e-mail me or PM me cause i am home so much that I think am going crazy .

    Did you post you just had surgery ? Tell me about it and we can commiserate while re-habing . I just underwent THE COPELAND RESURFACING HEMI-ARTHROPLASTY-you can watch a similar surgery on youtube -it's gross as hell though.

    Hey,

    Can you send me the contact info of the Yakima coach? Is their program official?

    I am going to be working with the NWCA to get women's wrestling recognized as an emerging sport. To do so, we need 20 college campuses in the USA to sponsor women's wrestling clubs or teams and we are only about 3 programs shy of that -- so this addition would get us one step closer.

Am I a Dickhead Coach?

Now before you go off the deep end on the derogitory title, let me explain. I recently had a kid quit the team and when asked by another wrestler why he quit, he said "Because the coaches are dickheads." The wrestler then asked, why he thought we were dickheads and the kid said "because they want me pass classes and show up for practice." Huh? Are you kidding me? That's how a coach is considered to be a dickhead nowadays? Because we ask...
