When I taught that I thought it was new and called it a SPIRAL ride with a twist ..like the Peterson-a move will disappear and then return because once you've been caught in a Peterson you never forget that sensation of helplessness. I mentioned a ''chicken wing '' one day and no one knrw what I was talking about .Take care .

I think we posted our versions of the butcher at the same time -didn't you find your kids were prone to jumping out to the side too soon and giving up an easy escape w/out hooking the near leg ? My guys used to try to drive a guy over too soon and the botom guy would just roll through -I had't heard the term butcher as it refers to wrestling in about 20 years .I am old .

I bought a copy back in April of 'The Streak' to show to our wrestlers at their pre-season meeting and now I can't find it. I told them we'd watch it Friday. Do you still have a link to a copy that I could download? Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Spider, I'm very interested in leg riding and would greatly appreciate some help. I have a bigger upperbody than lower but I still like to put in legs. I mess up a lot and I dont have that much knowledge but I feel more comfortable with 2 legs in then 1.

Random message but bear with me. I am trying to find "The Season: Iowa Wrestling", and have been looking for (no lie) 2+ years. My passion in High School was wrestling, and my coach+that video gave me the motivation I needed not to just give up after every practice.

Anywho, a google search brought me here, where I saw that a member was selling VHS tapes, but I dont have a VCR. Do you by chance know where I can find this documentary? I appreciate you taking the time to read this. I would have sent it as a private, but I need 10 posts.

Mr.spider if go to flowrestling.com in look up the wrestler jordan leen in watch some matches of his so you can see what im talking about how he put in some kind of reverse headlock to set-up the leg ride please go check it out if you dont mind mr.spider so you can give advise about what he does please!!! I mainly do cross body leg riding and sometimes double leg riding but ive heard of different leg rides like parallel, the leg lock and the pocket but ive never seen them and i want to learn them. ive also heard of moves like the jacobs, double grapevine, counter crossface. Any info on these and any tips or techniques would be greatly appreciated.

We are meeting up from Open mat forum in STL on friday. It appears that only about 4 guys. JointDoc and V cannot make it. There is a mom and pop place about 10 minutes from the Center (once you are on the rail) that has great food, drinks, and if quiet/non-congested. Let me know if you can join us.

wichita is the air capital of the world. we make most of the planes with boeing, raytheon, cesna, leerjet, hawker beachcraft, etc. we are indeed familiar with flying objects in the sky without propellers because we make them .lol. just so you know.
