I noticed your pic with Roderick and it reminded me of a previous encounter.

It was the summer of '75 and I was a Senior to be in HS and was attending Roderick's Camp. He had a standing offer that anyone that could take him down would get his money back. While I was pretty full of myself back then I had also had two of his ex-wrestlers, Ronnie Thrasher and Doug Campbell, as previous coaches at my school, so I knew better than to try.

One day at the camp I was walking across the mat, lookin' down, mindin' my own damn business, and all of a sudden these two pidgeon-toed feet step directly into my path. I look up and its the old fart HIMSELF... with this sadistic lookin grin on his face kind of expecting me to wrestle him or something....

Well like a fool I took the bait and very quickly found myself underneath the Great Roderick which in no way impinged on my ego mind you, but what followed made me wish I had been born a she!

You see, as Mr. Roderick was on top of me, effortlessly defending my meager attempts at escape, he asked if I had ever been shown "The Rotator". Knowing Mr. Roderick's encyclopedic knowlege of our sport and wishing to add to my own limited repertoire, I foolishly asked, "Can you show me?"

Big mistake! (not that he wouldnt have show me anyway if I had replied differently)

Riding me with one arm, he reached down between my thighs and tightly grabbed hold of "The Boys" and began to ROTATE them! Hence the term "rotator".

Haha. I was tempted to add the pictures from Vegas last weekend but I'll keep those just for Facebook.

What don't I have to offer is a better question!

    Lets see:
    I am good looking
    I am a great guy
    I have a great personality
    I own a home, for three years now(only 28)
    I have a great job
Did I mention I was good looking and have a great personality?
Oh yeah and college wrestler, wouldn't you love a son-in-law that you could talk about wrestling with?

If you ever get out to Arizona again, let me know. I am terribly bad at reacting the right way with truly kind people (I am a little nuts I think - but in a safe way). But I would have been there because I am also really good at making commitments if I have a heads up in advance.

FWIW, Sedona is great but I struggle with it being a tourist trap.

The Grand Canyon is indescribaible. On a clear day it doesn't look real.

You and your significant other look very comfortable with one another and I can only wish I could find that. I won't though. As long as she is alive I am forever in love with Reni's mom. I guess I took that for better or worse lifetime thing seriously. I don't know why.... but for whatever reason I am monogomous until the end. Is that weird?
