We are meeting up from Open mat forum in STL on friday. It appears that only about 4 guys. JointDoc and V cannot make it. hey spider, i just finished my first year of wrestling (im a sophomore) and i was looking for more leg riding techniques and wondering if you could send me some good moves/tactics from leg riding. I mainly do cross body leg riding and sometimes double leg riding but ive heard of different leg rides like parallel, the leg lock and the pocket but ive never seen them and i want to learn them. ive also heard of moves like the jacobs, double grapevine, counter crossface. Any info on these and any tips or techniques would be greatly appreciated.

wichita is the air capital of the world. we make most of the planes with boeing, raytheon, cesna, leerjet, hawker beachcraft, etc. we are indeed familiar with flying objects in the sky without propellers because we make them .lol. just so you know.
