Thanks for the link to the website; we'll check into it.
I have done some work with the Charter Schools association in Minnesota. There are a LOT of them. This is the MN Chater Schools Association Website, http://www.mncharterschools.org/ They should be able to point you in some direction if not help you out right.
There are also a few Private schools, but I don't know too much about those. I know there is a big disparity between cost and religious affiliation and the like. I don't have children of my own yet, so I'm not really plugged in to the HS community.
Now, if it were the Chicago Metro area, I know lots about that. I lived rather close to IMSA, so I know what you're talking about.
We've gotten a little busy so we haven't found a place yet. I just started looking at schools again. Have you heard of the Minnesota Math and Science Academy or the Minneapolis Academy? We hoped they were similar to the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy but after reading their websites we were disappointed. We would like to find a good school, possibly a prep school emphasizing mathematics and science, but haven't had much luck yet. Let me know if you have any recommendations.
Glad to hear it. Did you find an acceptable place to live? Keep me in the loop when you move up here. Not that you know me or anything, lol, but if I can be of assistance, I'd like to help.
Thanks, we haven't made the move yet; we intend to make it in late August.
Hey buddy, welcome back. Hope everything is well. Did you ever make it up to the cities?
