I wouldn't teach your youngest one too many wrestling moves this young. You don't want him beating you when he's only a few years old lol

I've still got 2 more years but I'm coming off shoulder surgery which is my 2nd major surgery in a year and a half. I think I'm done competing collegiately but I'm gonna start training for freestyle and hopefully make a world team or 2 and if I can last 4 more years try to wrestle in London in 2012.
