    Thanks for the youtube link. I finally got around to trying it out today. Through wear and tear from wrestling and lack of stretching out the muscles i have lost a lot of rom and flexibility. Between these exercises and yoga im hoping to get some back.

    Cool - I think we will do some south jersey and shore tournaments this year. My guys like tournaments, but I am trying not to do many since I think you can burn them out doing that (waking up early, can be stressful)

    hi im re responding umm my floating wait is 120 and i feel very stroung at 120 and i went to open mats today and beat a guy whos at 145 but thats with speed. and for my exercises i wake up i do 5mins of push up and free weights 5mins of sctretching 2mins of core exercies then i go for 1-2mile run half sprinting other half joging

    hi i have a question this is my frist year wrestling and i know my whole wrestling team but my question is im 5'8'' 120pounds and i need to drop to 112 to wrestling varsity im a shopmore and thats what my whole team told me to do im also in a wrestling club and the coach wants me to drop to 112 aswell for the tourtements. whats the best way to do this?and should i cut the weight or stay at my weight or go up please help thanks

    syntha-6 is really good too.
    but as i said, BCAA's and tech products.
    you can always try anabolic steroids, they work well, haha
    Surge is amazing too.

    just recovery in general? Or like for bulking?
    I swear by L-glutamine
    A supplement with cartinine, lysine, glutamine, creatine and other aminos is always good
    But if you're looking for like a bulky recovery, cell-tech is amazing and so is nitro-tech
    which is a slightly weaker and cheaper version of cell-tech.
